Andrea loves nothing of himself, not his name that ends with the "a" like all things female, and especially not his damn ears that turn red when red is unable to control their emotions. "Scricchiolino" is how its supposed friends have labeled him, and though he hated that nickname had to admit that fit like a glove because it gave the impression of something fragile, something that he was about to break. Subjugated both from a mother who denies him the possibility to choose, to understand and why not to make mistakes, either by a gang of bullies who combine humiliating jokes, is practically in a dead end. "SCRICCHIOLINO" is a light but intense story that can touch the deepest chords of feeling, describing the difficulty of growth of one or, perhaps, too many boys.
